Prepaid retainer plans are just that, prepaid and due before work commences.

For all projects (ie. manuscripts, large reports) a 50% deposit will be required prior to beginning with the balance due for delivery. Payment due in full prior to delivery of project.

Delivery method will vary from client to client.

A signed contract, with the specifics of the project, may be required before beginning work.

- Once you approve the final design your logo will be sent to you by email with optimized files for the WEB: (*.GIF 72dpi or *.JPEG 150dpi,), vector resizable files for printing (*.ai), high-resolution image (*.TIFF 300dpi), and (*.EPS) files in Pantone, RGB and black/white colours.
